Our services

DishFactory operates professional, licensed commercial kitchens and handles cooking, packing, and dispatch for delivery-first food brands. You retain ownership of your brand, menu, and pricing, while we manage the kitchen operations.

Plans and payments

• Services are provided on monthly subscription plans as described on our Pricing page.
• Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to update plan pricing with reasonable prior notice.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate brand, menu, and business information.
• Ensure you have the right to use any recipes, trademarks, and content you supply.
• Comply with the terms of the delivery platforms your brand operates on.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your brand assets and recipes you provide. DishFactory retains ownership of its systems, processes, curated menus, and website content.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, DishFactory is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement in line with the agreed plan terms. There are no long-term commitments unless expressly agreed in writing.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
